The Maxwell DISC Group Report compiles data from up to 70 individual reports, offering key characteristics of the team or department and specific strategies for leaders to optimise performance. 

It highlights the collective strengths and unique dynamics of the team, including how their style changes under pressure. Additionally, it provides insights into the team’s combined strengths in the seven primary ways to influence people and outcomes, offering a comprehensive view of potential performance in each area and gifting you with ways to unfold their talents, ultimately motivating them and building success in your business.

The report takes Individual Assessments collated and analysed into a group report – maximum numbers apply
